Although we work with multiple banks, Reliant Mortgage is a direct lender not a broker shop. This is important because we have full underwriting control over the entire process so you can be assured we will get your loan closed in a quick and timely manner.

If you are a first time homebuyer and you haven't been pre-approved, that is the first step. Realtors will require you to submit a pre-approval letter with any offer you submit. The financing of your home is probably the largest financial decision you will ever make. We will be here for you throughout the entire process.
